  1. Sonia was amazing! What a great introduction to Barcelona. I highly recommend this tour. My 10 year old son and I had a great time. Sonia made the experience. She was warm and so knowledgeable!
  2. This was a great tour. We had a great guide who showed us so much more than just chocolate shops. We learned so much about the history of the area and saw many sites that we would never have known about through normal travel means. Since the guide was from Barcelona, she knew so much about the city.
  3. The directions of where to meet were a problem - info said to meet in front of the business when in reality we were to go inside the business and wait. We were the only ones on our "tour" so that was a big plus as was the guide who knew history of the Born/Spain. The tour itself, in our case, included visiting areas that had absolutely no connection to chocolate. If memory serves me, we really didn't receive a goodie bag per se; one shop gave us 4 pieces, another couple offered us samples to eat. Highlight of the chocolate part according to my grandson was the churro/chocolate/whipped cream offered at the end of the chocolate part of the tour. We both particularly enjoyed the area of the Roman Wall/columns. Since we planned on attending mass on Sunday at the Barcelona Cathedral, the guide helped us locate info on times and mentioned the dancing in the plaza afterward. As an aside that has nothing to do with chocolate tour - we attended both the Catalan mass and the Spanish mass and when we came out were delighted to find the musicians/dancers. Guide makes the difference and ours was excellent.
  4. Our guide (Mireia?) was very informative and pleasant. The tour was very interesting and the sweets quite delicious. We would definitely recommend it.
  5. I thought that we were supposed to also visit the Chocolate Museum. Never did.
